Choosing Your Size

Select the collar size range that matches your dog's neck measurement and enter the exact neck measurement when placing your order.

Important Safety Information

Always check your dog's collar regularly for signs of wear or damage. Replace the collar if it becomes damaged or excessively worn.

Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a collar if there is a risk of the collar becoming caught on an object.

Returns & Refunds

Custom & Personalized Items Because our custom paracord collars are handmade to the measurements and options you provide, custom collars are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Personalized and engraved items, including custom dog tags, are also non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been made.

Please Measure Carefully Our paracord collars are non-adjustable. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate neck measurement when ordering. Please review our measuring instructions before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered due to an error by The Wagging Workshop, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

Photos of the item may be requested so we can determine the best solution.

Order Changes & Cancellations If you need to change or cancel a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have started making or personalizing your item, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Custom Items Unused, non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

Our handmade paracord collars are non-adjustable.

Use a soft measuring tape around your dog's neck where the collar normally rests. The tape should be snug but not tight.

Cleaning Your Collar

For everyday dirt, gently wipe the collar with a damp cloth.

For a deeper clean, hand wash using lukewarm water and mild soap. Gently work the soapy water through the paracord and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Drying

Allow the collar to air dry completely before putting it back on your dog.

Do not place the collar in a dryer or use high heat to dry it.

Caring for the Hardware

After the collar gets wet, wipe the buckle and D-ring dry. Regularly inspect the buckle, D-ring, paracord, and attachment points for signs of wear or damage.

For Longer-Lasting Wear

Remove the collar before swimming or bathing whenever possible. Avoid prolonged exposure to mud, chemicals, salt water, and other substances that may affect the collar or hardware.

Safety Check

Before each use, check that the buckle closes securely and that the collar is in good condition.

Discontinue use if you notice fraying, damaged hardware, a cracked buckle, loose components, or other signs of excessive wear.
